A checklist before you choose

Produce a real quote, not a demo
Take a job you have already done and know the outcome of, and run it during the trial. A demo the salesperson steers shows the tool at its best; your own job shows it at yours.

Are labour and materials kept apart, and is the deduction right against the cap per person? Without that separation the paperwork does not hold, and it is the most common source of error when it is done by hand.
