Bliqat and Bygglet
Project system for construction firms, quote to invoice
Bliqat vs Bygglet 2026 — what differs, and what they cost
Bygglet is a broad project system for construction firms: resource planning, projects, time reporting, supplier invoices and payroll integration in one platform, with quoting and invoicing as parts of the whole. The plans are publicly priced — Mini SEK 1,049/month for 0–1 employee, Bas from SEK 1,479 for 2–5, Total from SEK 2,289 for six and up — and functions such as the KMA handbook (quality, environment, health and safety) and self-inspection forms sit as add-ons on top of the plan price. Bliqat is built around the quote and the chain after it, is driven through an agentic chat, and costs SEK 990 a month for the whole company with everything included. Need to plan staff, time and KMA: Bygglet. Is the quote and the paperwork after the job your bottleneck: Bliqat.
Choose Bliqat when…
- You want to start the same evening without an onboarding project — and without adding modules to get what you need.
- The quote is the bottleneck — not planning people and machines.
- There are one to ten of you: Mini costs SEK 1,049/month for one administrator, we cost SEK 990 for the whole company with everything included.
- You want the tool to carry out the steps after the quote rather than clicking through them yourself.
Choose Bygglet when…
- You need resource planning and staff scheduling with absence and leave.
- You need KMA — quality, environment and health and safety — documented in the system (an add-on at SEK 589/month with them).
- You need payroll data, supplier invoices or factoring in the same tool.
- Internal time reporting is a requirement today — they have it and we do not.
- You have many people in the field: the Total plan has unlimited users, whereas our price steps up per user to ten.

Breadth costs implementation — speed costs breadth
Bygglet is made for construction firms that want one system for the whole business: plan people, run projects, collect time, handle KMA and invoice from the same data. If that is your need it is the right kind of tool, and this page says so plainly.
The price of breadth is implementation. A platform change takes time, needs someone at your end to own it, and pays off only once the modules are actually used. Make the list of the functions you really use today before you compare — it tends to be shorter than expected, and it is the best basis for comparing both features and price.
Bliqat goes the other way: one thing should be impossible to do slowly, and that is getting a correct quote and an invoice out of the same job. You start in a chat box, not in an implementation.
What the plans cost — and what sits outside them
Bygglet publishes its prices, which deserves saying: Mini SEK 1,049 a month for 0–1 employee with one administrator and one user, Bas from SEK 1,479 for 2–5 employees, Total from SEK 2,289 for six and up. Free setup, support and training are stated as included in every plan.
What is worth doing the sums on is the add-ons, because several of them are things a construction firm actually wants: the KMA handbook with forms and templates at SEK 589/month, forms for self-inspections, risk assessment and checklists at SEK 269/month, an accounting system connection at SEK 139/month, project budget at SEK 259/month, an extra administrator from SEK 959/month, an extra company at SEK 399/month. Add the plan and the add-ons you need together before comparing with anyone else — that sum is your price.
Our price list: SEK 990 a month for the whole company (SEK 842 on annual billing), up to SEK 4 500 at ten users, and no modules to add — what exists in Bliqat is included. On the other hand KMA, self-inspections, resource planning and time reporting do not exist here at all, so the comparison is only fair if you genuinely do not need them.
Common questions
What does Bygglet cost?
Per their own plans page: Mini SEK 1,049/month (0–1 employee), Bas from SEK 1,479/month (2–5 employees) and Total from SEK 2,289/month (6+ employees), with one administrator included in each plan. Add-ons are priced separately — for example the KMA handbook at SEK 589/month and self-inspection forms at SEK 269/month.
Is Bliqat an alternative to Bygglet?
It depends why you are looking. If you need resource planning, KMA and internal time reporting, Bliqat is not a full alternative. If it is the quoting flow and the paperwork after the job that eats your time, that is exactly what Bliqat does — and you can start in an evening without an implementation.
Can I run Bliqat alongside a project system?
Yes, and many do. Bliqat does not require you to abandon other systems, and the invoice can be pushed to Fortnox with the ROT details.
