For painting companies

Quoting software built for painting

Interior, exterior, wallpaper or spray — describe the surfaces and their condition, and the quote is done with treatments and ROT before the brush is washed.

01Sound familiar?

The quoting that steals time from the actual job

Condition sets the price — not just the area

Two rooms of the same size can differ by a full day of work depending on cracks, previous coats and how much filling is needed. Quotes that only count square metres miss in both directions.

Many small quotes a week

Painting lives on a volume of smaller jobs. Every quote that takes half an hour in the evening is unpaid overtime — and they pile up in peak season.

Exterior means weather and scaffolding

Facade jobs need line items for scaffolding or a lift, weather dependency and phasing. A clear quote sets expectations before the job starts.

02How it works

Describe the job — review the quote

You say or type

"Repainting the living room and hallway, around 70 sqm of wall in total, some cracks in the hallway ceiling that need filling, standard white, the customer moves the furniture themselves."

Under a minute later you have

  • Treatment line items: filling, priming, two coats — per room
  • Labour hours that reflect the condition and the preparation, materials separate
  • The ROT deduction on the labour and a PDF ready for digital signing

You always review and adjust the quote before it goes out — the AI suggests, you decide.

03ROT deduction

ROT is calculated automatically — and correctly

Interior and exterior painting on the customer’s home normally qualifies for ROT, the Swedish tax deduction on labour for home renovation — wallpapering too. Bliqat calculates the deduction (30 % of the labour cost, capped at SEK 50,000 per person per year) automatically and shows the customer’s price after the deduction in the quote.

04FAQ

Common questions from painting companies

Does Bliqat understand painting terms and treatments?

Yes — spot filling, full skim, priming, coats, lining paper. Describe the job the way you talk, and the quote is structured into treatment line items you can adjust.

How are facade jobs handled?

Scaffolding or a lift go in as their own line items, and the work can be split into phases. The customer sees clearly what is included and what gets added if the facade turns out to need more preparation.

Can I reuse my own prices?

Yes. Your article register remembers your prices per treatment, and the suggestions get sharper the more quotes you make.
