Bliqat and Fieldly
Broad field and project system for construction and installation
Bliqat vs Fieldly 2026 — quoting speed against platform breadth
Fieldly and Bliqat are built for different bottlenecks. Fieldly is a broad field and project system: time sheets and an invoicing function are included in every plan, quotes and projects from the Pro plan, and the staff attendance register is an add-on in Go and Pro but included in Unlimited. Pricing is per user with a minimum licence count — Go SEK 219 (min 2), Pro SEK 439 (min 3), Unlimited SEK 699 (min 10). Bliqat is built around producing the quote and the chain after it — describe the job, get the quote with the preliminary ROT deduction, let the customer sign with BankID, and let the invoice be built from the same case — for one price covering the whole company. Need a staff attendance register and internal time reporting: Fieldly. Are the quotes and the paperwork after them the bottleneck: Bliqat.
Choose Bliqat when…
- Quotes are eating your evenings and it is the working out and writing you want gone.
- You want the tool to carry out the steps after the quote — signing, work order, invoice, chaser — rather than clicking through modules yourself.
- There are few of you and you want one price for the whole company with no minimum licence count — their Pro plan starts at three licences.
- You want the preliminary ROT deduction worked out correctly and labour time set against the industry standard times without doing it by hand.
Choose Fieldly when…
- You are required to keep a staff attendance register. We have none at all; with them it is an add-on in Go and Pro and included in Unlimited.
- You need internal time reporting and attendance for field staff today — time sheets are included in all of their plans.
- You want digital checklists and self-inspections in the same system.
- You need to handle supplier invoices in the tool (included from Pro with them).
- You have many users and would rather pay per person for exactly the modules you use than a plan price for the whole firm.

Two different bottlenecks
Fieldly solves "I have people in the field and I do not know where they are, what they have done or what the project cost". That is a real problem, and a staff attendance register, attendance logging and time reporting are the right tools for it. The quoting part exists, but it is one module among many and arrives with the Pro plan.
Bliqat solves "I work out and write quotes in the evenings, and then key the same figures into the invoice again". So quoting is not a module here but the way in: you describe the job in the chat and Bosse prices it from your article register, sets the hours against the industry standard times where your register has no value, and presents the quote with the preliminary ROT deduction worked out.
Plenty of firms run both: the platform for staff and time, Bliqat to get quotes out quickly. That is not a bad answer, and we are not telling you that you must choose.
The pricing model matters most at the small and the large end
Fieldly prices per user with a minimum licence count per plan: Go SEK 219 with at least two users, Pro SEK 439 with at least three, Unlimited SEK 699 with at least ten. The lowest monthly cost therefore works out at SEK 438 for Go and SEK 1,317 for Pro — that is our multiplication of their price and their minimum, not a figure they state. Their pricing page also shows a second, higher amount per plan (SEK 274/549/874) without the page text saying which condition applies to which. Bliqat costs SEK 990 a month for the whole company whether there is one of you or three, and SEK 4 500 at ten users.
It should be said plainly that the Go plan is cheaper per month than Bliqat. The catch is that the quoting function is not in Go — it comes with Pro. So if you are comparing quoting tool against quoting tool, Pro at SEK 1,317 is the comparison point, and there we are lower for a small firm.
The difference is largest at both ends: as a one-person firm you pay for a firm here rather than for three licences, and as a growing firm our price climbs slower than your headcount. If you need the staff attendance register the sum is different — then the licence cost buys a function we do not have at all.
What to test during the trial
Test whatever is most expensive to get wrong. With a broad system: how long does it take to get going, and are all the modules you pay for actually in use after three months? With a focused tool: does the quote hold up against a job whose outcome you already know, and does the preliminary ROT come out right when labour and materials have to be kept apart?
Check the import as well. An article register that does not come across costs more in manual work than any monthly fee; ask for help with the import during the trial so you see both the data quality and the support before you pay.
Common questions
What is the biggest difference between Bliqat and Fieldly?
Focus and pricing model. Fieldly is a broad field system with time sheets in every plan and the staff attendance register in Unlimited, where quoting is a module included from Pro, priced per user with a minimum licence count. Bliqat is an agentic AI colleague built around the quote and the chain after it, with one price for the whole company.
Can I use Bliqat alongside Fieldly?
Yes. Bliqat does not require you to abandon other systems. A common combination is quotes in Bliqat for the speed, with the staff attendance register and time reporting left in the platform.
Does Bliqat have a staff attendance register?
No. If you are required to keep one you need a system that has it — that is one of the clearest reasons to choose a broad platform instead of, or alongside, Bliqat. With Fieldly the attendance register is an add-on in Go and Pro and included in the Unlimited plan.
