Bliqat and KlarOffert
All-in-one platform with quotes, invoicing and a marketplace
Bliqat vs KlarOffert 2026 — a feature-by-feature comparison
Bliqat and KlarOffert solve the same first step — AI that writes the quote — but differ in what happens next. In Bliqat the chat is the whole tool: you say what needs doing and Bosse carries it out inside the system, all the way to a sent invoice and a recorded payment, for a price that covers the whole company. KlarOffert is a broader tiered platform with a free tier, its own time sheets, SIE export and a marketplace for jobs, at a lower monthly fee. Choosing on quote quality and speed: Bliqat. Choosing on breadth at the lowest monthly fee: look at KlarOffert.
Choose Bliqat when…
- You want to describe the job once — by voice, in text or by photographing the site — and get a finished quote with the preliminary ROT deduction, rather than fill in a form.
- You want the tool to act: send, chase, create the work order, build the invoice, record the payment — after you have approved each step.
- You want one price for the whole company that climbs slower than your headcount, not a price per user.
- You want the hours set against the industry standard times where your own register has no value.
Choose KlarOffert when…
- You need internal time reporting today. Ours is not in production; their time sheets per employee sit in the Premium plan (SEK 499/month).
- You want SIE export to Visma. We run a Fortnox integration instead and have no SIE file; their SIE export is in Premium.
- You want a lower monthly fee. Plus is SEK 249/month and Premium SEK 499/month against our SEK 990 — and they have a free tier of three quotes. On monthly fee alone, they win.
- You want inbound jobs from a marketplace. We sell the tool, not leads.

The real difference: a form you fill in, or a colleague who does the work
Both tools can produce a quote from a sentence. The difference shows after the quote. In Bliqat the chat is not an input box in front of a form — it is the tool. Bosse has 80 tools against your own data, 50 of them actions: send the quote, chase the customer, change the template and colour of the PDF, create the work order, draft the invoice, record a payment, raise an hourly rate, add a margin to an article category. You say what should happen, he presents it as a proposal with its exact contents, and only when you say yes is anything written.
That is why the boundary is architecture rather than a setting: the tools allowed to run straight through are the ones that only read — show me the quote, total up what a customer was invoiced. Anything that changes something passes through a proposal. Ask any vendor outright what their tool can do without your approval; if the answer is vague, that is also an answer.
KlarOffert describes its AI as three ways to start a quote — text, photo and voice. That is input, and input is the easy half. The question to ask during a trial is what happens between an accepted quote and a paid invoice, and how many times you key the same figure along the way.
Pricing: per user, per plan, or for the whole firm
Bliqat costs SEK 990 a month for the whole company, SEK 842 on annual billing. The price is stepped by number of users but climbs slower than headcount: at ten users it is SEK 4 500, so SEK 450 per person. Everything is included — no modules to buy, no lock-in, 14 days free without a card.
KlarOffert's own pricing page lists three tiers, all excluding VAT: a free tier of three quotes in total without a card, Plus at SEK 249 a month for 1–3 people, and Premium at SEK 499 a month for four people and up. Those are lower monthly fees than ours, and if the lowest possible monthly fee is your deciding criterion their offer is stronger than ours. That should be said plainly.
The difference shows in what sits behind which tier. Time sheets per employee and SIE export require Premium with them; with us there is no time reporting at all, but everything we do have is included at every level. So work out the cost of the whole chain in time rather than the list price: a quote that takes fifteen minutes instead of an hour pays a monthly fee back in a couple of jobs.
One detail worth knowing when you compare price claims in this market: their pricing page says 0, 249 and 499 kr, their comparison page says "0–499 kr/mån", and their structured data states a range of 0–399 kr. Three pictures of the same price list. Always confirm the price at checkout — with us as much as with them.
What KlarOffert writes about Bliqat — and what is actually true
KlarOffert runs two pages about us. Several of the claims are wrong, and because they sit in structured data that Google and language models read directly, we correct them here — checkably, point by point, on our own site.
"Digital signing: no." Wrong. The customer signs with BankID via a link on their phone, with no app and no account. Signing is in production and is the standard route when a quote is sent, not an add-on.
"Bliqat creates invoice data as a PDF. To send and chase an invoice you need another system." Wrong. The invoice is emailed to the customer with a PDF and a public invoice view, chasers are sent from Bliqat, payments are recorded, credit notes and ROT top-up invoices exist — and the invoice can be pushed to Fortnox with the ROT details, after which payments are read back.
"Bliqat only has voice." Wrong. The chat takes text, voice and photos of the site. Voice is one of the interfaces, not the only one — and it works throughout the flow, not just at input.
"Does not publish its price openly." Wrong. The full price list is on our pricing page, the price is in the page title, and no demo is required to see it.
"Stops at invoice data — no invoicing, projects or bookkeeping." Wrong on invoicing and projects, right on one detail: internal time reporting is not in production here. If you need time reporting today you should choose something else, and that is also what the "choose them when…" list says higher up this page.
Putting this list here rather than in an invisible schema block is deliberate: what you are reading is exactly what sits in this page's structured data. If you find anything on this page that is not accurate — our description of ourselves or of them — email us and we will change it.
How to test them against each other in an hour
Take a job you have already done and know the outcome of. Describe it in both tools — same words, same details. Compare not only the quote that comes out, but how many questions you had to answer to get there, and whether those questions were about things that actually moved the price.
Then run the whole chain during the trial: accept the quote, see what happens to the work order, add a variation and go all the way to the invoice. It is at the joins — quote to work order, work order to invoice — that tools lose data, and that is where you otherwise do the job a second time.
Common questions
Can you send invoices in Bliqat?
Yes. The invoice is built from the same case as the quote and the work order, with the ROT hours frozen as they stood at acceptance, and emailed to the customer with a PDF and a public invoice view. Chasers are sent from Bliqat, payments are recorded, and credit notes exist. The invoice can also be pushed to Fortnox with the ROT details, after which payments are read back.
Does Bliqat have digital signing?
Yes, with BankID, Sweden's digital ID. The customer gets a link, opens it on their phone and signs — no app and no account. It is the standard route when a quote is sent.
What does Bliqat cost?
SEK 990 a month for the whole company, SEK 842 on annual billing. The price covers the company and is stepped by number of users — at ten users SEK 4 500 a month, so SEK 450 each. The full price list is public and no demo is required. 14 days free without a card, no lock-in.
Do you have to use voice in Bliqat?
No — you can, but you do not have to. The chat takes text, voice and photos of the site. If you do use voice it works throughout: change line items and prices, answer follow-up questions, dictate a variation.
What does KlarOffert have that Bliqat does not?
Lower monthly fees (SEK 249 and 499), a free tier of three quotes, time sheets per employee and SIE export in the Premium plan, and a marketplace for new jobs. If you need any of that today they are the better choice on that point.
What does Bliqat have that KlarOffert does not state?
An agentic chat that carries out the work inside the system — 50 actions presented as proposals you approve — labour hours set against the industry standard times, variations with their own signing, work orders out of the quote, and a price that covers the whole company instead of a per-user fee.
